We’re building Memox.io, a conversational intelligence platform that helps brands turn customer conversations into insights that actually move the business forward. We combine AI, data, and human curiosity to help companies understand what their customers really say and mean.

The Role

As an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer, you’ll work across the stack to build and enhance our core Customer Success platform. You’ll take ownership of backend components like Django APIs and WebSocket consumers, and also collaborate on front-end flows using React and TypeScript. You should be confident in navigating both backend and frontend contexts and eager to learn deeper architecture patterns as you grow.

What You'll Do

• Develop backend features using Django and Django REST Framework.
• Build interactive frontend components using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Contribute to real-time features using Django Channels and WebSockets (e.g., live chat, notifications).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.
• Work closely with product and design teams to bring UI/UX to life.
• Help maintain API documentation and ensure strong typing (e.g., with TypeScript & DRF serializers).
• Participate in peer code reviews, standups, and sprint planning.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system performance collaboratively.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in:
• Python and Django (especially REST APIs)
• React, TypeScript, Next.js
• Experience with database design and querying (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with async features in Django (e.g., Channels, WebSockets).
• Comfortable working with Git, Docker, and Linux development environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows is a bonus.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Proactive mindset with the willingness to take initiative.
• Eagerness to learn and grow with mentorship.
